The Wall Street Journal will be coming to Berlin next week as part of a tour to “take the temperature of Europe’s tech cities.” Ben Rooney, technology editor for the WSJ in Europe, will be holding an event at the European School of Management and Technology on Monday September 26, from 6 to 9 p.m.
