Berlin set for 2011 Entrepreneurship Summit

Just a quick reminder – the Entrepreneurship Summit 2011 is taking place this weekend in Berlin. The event, organised by the Entrepreneurship Foundation, attracted 900 people to the Freie Universität (Free University) last year and will hope to top that this time around. It’s picked a good time, as well – the German capital has never been hotter in tech terms.

The summit takes place over two days, and one of the highlights will be an interview with Lars Hinrichs, founder of Xing, on Saturday afternoon, following a keynote in the morning from German economist and entrepreneur Günter Faltin, who helped set up the Entrepreneurship Foundation in 2001.

Other speakers will include blogger and journalist Sascha Lobo and Stefan Kapferer, secretary of state at Germany’s ministry of economics and technology.
