Monday:
Tech-minded ladies will gather this evening at Berlin’s Google HQ on Unter Den Linden for the Berlin Geekettes Meetup. Zoe Adamovicz of Xyologic and Caitlin Winner of Amen will speak, and it will be a great opportunity to network with founders, CEOs, developers and media. From 6:30pm at Google Germany GmbH.
Tuesday:
The Startup Berlin Meetup takes place this Tuesday – a great resource for English-speaking entrepreneurs who are new to Berlin and want informal advice on setting up businesses here. A great event to meet other founders, entrepreneurs and freelancers in an easygoing setting. From 7pm at Pulsraum.
Wednesday:
The LGBT Startup Drinks is meeting on Wednesday evening in Neukölln for the first time, and will be a great place to catch up and maybe network a little bit. From 8:30pm at Geist im Glas.
Thursday:
Groupon are cutting the ribbon at their new office in an invite only event attended by Groupon founder and CEO Andrew Mason and the Mayor of Berlin Klaus Wowereit. If you didn’t get an invite, maybe head to the Actorpreneur workshop to improve your pitching. Starts at 7pm at Betahaus.
Friday:
Likemind Berlin meets this Friday at everyone’s favourite spot, Sankt Oberholz. This event attracts some awesome people, so head along and meet Berlin’s best CEOs, founders, investors and freelancers. From 9am at Sankt Oberholz.
Weekend:
A two day Android workshop will run this weekend for programmers who are interested in learning how to create apps for Android. The course will be run by French computer science student Romain Vernoux, and will offer a significant discount for students. From 10am Saturday at the Freie Universität Berlin.
