Raising a Glass to the Last Silicon Allee Meet Up of 2011

By David Knight |

Christmas cheer was in plentiful supply at the last Silicon Allee meet up of 2011. Another bumper crowd gathered at Sankt Oberholz to chat, network and get sufficiently caffeinated.

Thanks to everyone for coming by – and now is as good a time as any to thank all of you who have helped make the Silicon Allee monthly shindig the best darn meet up in Berlin this year. Here’s to another great year of meet ups, and we’ll see you in January.

Or maybe not – don’t forget our Christmas party is this Friday! Christmasfest Version 2.011 takes place at the 1820 Bar, sandwiched between Belushi’s and the Volksbar on Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse, on December 9 from 7.30 p.m. Tickets are €5 on the door, and the money we raise will go towards throwing more kickass events in the future. We’ve also thrown in a free beer with your ticket, as well as entry into a raffle for some fantastic prizes donated by local startups including Phonedeck, 6Wunderkinder, Lieferheld, komoot, ReadMillhörsport, Twago and Moped.

And for those of you thinking of flaking out and not coming – I had a word with Santa the other day, and he told me that if you don’t show up, you ain’t getting any presents this year! You have been warned…
