The Big Berlin Breakdown: August 12-17

Monday:

Webmontag’s monthly Pitch Day is this evening, where teams get the chance to pitch their ideas to a panel of investors and entrepreneurs. Come along to one of the best networking events of the month, hear some great pitches and meet some great people. From 7:30pm at MobileSuite.

Tuesday:

Startup Berlin will hold its monthly meet up on Tuesday night, a relaxed and informal event where you can network with all sorts of people from the Berlin tech scene and enjoy a drink or two. From 7pm at Pulsraum.

The Berlin Tech Salon is also on Tuesday night, and will provide a forum for people to show off what they are working on and get feedback or inspiration. From 7:30pm, see website for details.

Wednesday:

Soundcloud and Gidsy will host the Berlin Community Manager Summer Meet Up, a relaxed event aimed at sharing knowledge as well as a drink or two. From 7pm at Prinzessinnengarten.

Thursday:

London-based startup Uberlife is throwing its very first Berlin hangout on Thursday night in Kreuzberg, providing an ‘after work drinks’ style meet up for tech people, musicians and artists. From 7pm at Stitch Bar.

Friday:

6Wunderkinder will celebrate its second birthday and 100 millionth task on Friday night with a big party. This will be a great opportunity to network, catch up with people and of course relax after what looks to be a busy week! From 9pm at Deck 5 in Schonhauser Allee.

Weekend:

Starting on Friday, Eurucamp is a three day community organised conference for Ruby enthusiasts featuring some great speakers and plenty of opportunities for hacking. Details are available on the website.
